Dr. Wayne H. Thomas D.D.S founded our practice in 1980. He’s originally from Levitown, PA and went to college first at the Citadel in Charleston, SC and then dental school at Temple University. He found his way to our community after serving 6 years in the U.S. Air Force serving predominantly in Fairbanks, AK. He started Thomas Family Dentistry from scratch with the help of his loving wife Carol while raising four children. After nearly 40 years of service to our community and 12 grandchildren later, he is stepping down and transitioning the practice to his son Dr. Wayne C. Thomas D.M.D.
Dr. Wayne C. Thomas D.M.D. was born and raised in Dover, DE. He is a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School and attended college at Villanova University (BS in Mechanical Engineering), Georgia Institute of Technology (MS in Operations Research) and Temple University (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry). He spend 12 years working for the U.S. Department of Defense (military) before entering dental school. He graduated from Temple University in 2018 thanks to his loving and supportive wife Corey and four children.
